General Terms and Conditions of Participation – Visitors

1. Purpose

These terms apply to visitors participating in the trade fair organised by Happy Monday SARL-s et Element SRL.

2. Registration

Registration becomes effective upon receipt of the completed registration form. Participation in the event implies full acceptance of these conditions.

3. Cancellation and Fees

If you cancel less than 10 days before the event, fail to send a replacement, or do not attend, a fee of €75 will apply.

This amount will be donated in full to the Caritas Dudelange Foundation (or Kannerhaus), in support of children in vulnerable situations.

Payment must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. In the event of late payment, a 15% penalty and a fixed recovery fee of € 40 will apply

4. Liability

The organisers shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage occurring during the event. Visitors remain solely responsible for their personal belongings.

5. Conduct and Venue Regulations

Visitors agree to comply with all organisational rules (schedules, cleanliness, safety, etc.). Any deliberate damage may result in penalties or charges to cover repair costs.

6. Personal Data

All personal data collected is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

It will be used exclusively for event management and may be shared with participating exhibitors for professional purposes.

7. Right to Image

The Visitor hereby expressly authorizes the Organizers to capture, reproduce, and disseminate, without any financial consideration, their image in the form of photographs, videos, or any other visual media created during the Event. 

Such materials may be used, in whole or in part, on any medium (including, but not limited to, websites, social media platforms, and printed or digital promotional materials) and for any communication related to the Event or to the Organizers’ activities, within the European Union and for the legally applicable term of protection of the related rights. 

The organisers ensures that any image capture and use will be carried out in compliance with the rights of natural persons and in accordance with applicable regulations.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Luxembourg law. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.. 

9. Acceptance

Submitting the registration form implies full acceptance of these general terms and conditions.
