LuxTravelHub is an "All-Inclusive & free" trade show. We're here to take care of you, with hop-on - hop-off shuttles connecting Chouchou, the Bouillon P+R parking, and Luxembourg City train station, along with unlimited food and beverages... All free, of course.

Between 2 pm and 8 pm, come by whenever it suits your schedule and enjoy a productive, friendly and inspiring experience, filled with great conversations, meaningful connections and ideas to share.
Register before February 25, 2026 to receive your personal QR-code badge. This badge is your key to the event : without it, access cannot be granted.
And to make the experience as enjoyable as it is productive: an All-Inclusive Food & Beverage offer awaits you. Throughout the afternoon, feel free to enjoy the gourmet stations and bars on site, the perfect way to relax, connect and make the most of every moment.
Unwind in the evening
From 8:30 pm, enjoy a festive cocktail reception (winter BBQ) followed by a lively networking soirée (dance party).
A warm and informal end to a productive day — ideal for casual conversations and new connections.
