Each registration is strictly personal, nominative, and must be completed on an individual basis.

Any group registration will be refused. To ensure your registration is confirmed, all fields in the registration form must be completed. A personalized name badge will then be sent to you by email and will be required upon entry. Without this badge, access to the event cannot be granted for organizational reasons.

The Visitor Registration section is open only to : 

  • Travel Agents, 
  • Travel Managers, 
  • Group Leaders 
  • Journalists. 

Indeed, in the interest of fairness toward our exhibitors, who are fully committed to the event, and also in light of the logistics in place (transfers, as well as the all-inclusive food & beverage package offered throughout the day), we are unfortunately unable to welcome suppliers as visitors without a stand.


By signing up :

  • I consent to this website storing my information for the purpose of processing my request, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  • I authorise the organisation to share my first name, surname, and email address with the exhibitors present (strictly professional use).
  • I authorise the dissemination of photos and videos taken during the event on the communication channels of LuxTravelHub (website and social media. Access restricted to participants and partners, from 19 march 2026).
  • In case of cancellation less than 10 days before the event, non-replacement or no-show, a fee of € 75 will be charged. This amount will be donated in full to the SOS Children's Villages Luxembourg Foundation.
