Registrations are strictly personal and must be completed individually. Group registrations will not be accepted.

Any collective registration will be refused.

By signing up :

  • I consent to this website storing my information for the purpose of processing my request, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  • I authorise the organisation to share my first name, surname, and email address with the exhibitors present (strictly professional use).
  • I authorise the dissemination of photos and videos taken during the event on the communication channels of LuxTravelHub (website and social media. Access restricted to participants and partners, from 19 march 2026).
In case of cancellation less than 10 days before the event, non-replacement or no-show, a fee of € 75 will be charged. This amount will be donated in full to the SOS Children's Villages Luxembourg Foundation.
